Responsibilities

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Provide ILS strategy and sustainment plans to program systems and related components for CONUS and OCONUS sites
  • Assist with configuration management (CM) responsibility, including training, field service (fielding/de-fielding); general logistics delivery; issue and movement of system and materiel; logistic documentation, system sustainment and maintenance; disposal and disposition.
  • Implement Performance Based Logistics and knowledge management for fielded systems
  • Provide data as input to the development of Life-Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP)
  • Development and refinement of the logistic portions of programs to include:
    • Milestone documentation to include Test & Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP),
    • Capabilities Development Document (CDD)
    • Capability Production Document (CPD)
    • Performance Based Specification (PBS)
    • Technical CONOPS
    • Performance Work Statements and other
    • acquisition documents required for the logistic acquisition process
  • Provide data and expertise for QRC requirements 
  • Acquisition processes and documentation
  • Assist with fielding efforts
  • System inventory and reissue of assets
  • Plan, manage, install, operate and maintain the capabilities of the system.
  • Perform corporate duties as required by Noblis and Noblis ESI

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must have and maintain an Active TOP SECRET SCI security clearance
  • Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, operations management or similar discipline; OR candidates without a degree may be considered with significant domain knowledge and direct customer/program experience 
  • 5-15+ years in support of Military and/or IC (Intelligence Community) logistics processes and systems
  • Experience with DoD and/or IC logistics processes and systems within an operational theater

Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments
  • Possess excellent written and oral communications with experience with MS Office applications
  • Must be able to travel as needed to CONUS and OCONUS locations

Desired:

  • Master's degree in pertinent field preferred
  • PMP or equivalent preferred
  • Army background is preferred
  • Knowledge of IC functional manager’s organizations, roles and responsibilities within the current customer intelligence community
  • AST&L (American Society of Transportation and Logistics) PLS (Professional Designation in Logistics and Supply Chain Management)
