Responsibilities

Noblis is hiring an Acquisition and Sustainment Engineer with a Top Secret SCI clearance in Chantilly, VA.

 

In this role, you are responsible for managing multiple projects and directing the work of others while applying your expertise and experience. You serve as the primary contact for clients on assigned projects, leveraging knowledge of clients’ operations and business. You regularly interact with mid-level client representatives and build/use strong collegial networks to improve quality, grow new business, and shape new corporate objectives. You are able to manage uncertainty and risks in difficult situations, relationships, and problems. You communicate, diagnose, and facilitate consensus in a variety of situations setting clear expectations for execution.

 

Acquistion Office Level Sustainment and Innovation:  Support sustainment of legacy AO-level projects, and provide innovative sustainment approaches.

Sustainment Management: Support maintenance, delivery planning and scheduling, and equipment decommissioning as part of AO-level projects. Coordinate on decommissioning and disposal plans for equipment being removed.

  • As the Property Manager, responsible to conduct an annual 100% property inventory -- maintaining accountability of approximately 950 items worth $9.5 M across multiple sites. The Property Office stated sets the standard completing inventories during bi-annual property officers meeting as evidenced by a successful Supply Chain Management Review (SCMR) from Property Office.
  • Monitors the Enterprise Catalog (NESC) for Service Request (SR) submissions to track and report status; reports SR status supporting the Integrated Intelligence SPO weekly staff meeting.
  • As the information management service lead SETA, manages a complex system across multiple security domains with multiple software licenses and hardware platforms. The primary formal change management, configuration management, document repository, and task tracking tool used.
  • Every morning, assemble a report of overnight activities, failures, and issues from across the directorate and accurately report to the Director. Accurate, clear reporting is key to ensure critical information on systems critical to the national security of the U.S. is communicated in a timely manner to senior agency decision-makers.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

 

  • Must have and maintain an Active TOP SECRET security clearance, be SCI eligible and have the ability to successfully obtain a polygraph
  • Bachelors degree; OR candidates without a degree may be considered with significant domain knowledge and direct customer/program experience
  • 7-15+ years in support of Military and/or IC (Intelligence Community) logistics processes and systems
  • Experience with DoD and/or IC logistics processes and systems within an operational theater

Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments
  • Possess excellent written and oral communications with experience with MS Office applications
  • Must be able to travel as needed to CONUS and OCONUS locations

 

DESIRED:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, operations management or similar discipline preferred
  • PMP or equivalent preferred
  • Intelligence Community background is preferred
  • Knowledge of IC functional manager’s organizations, roles and responsibilities within the current customer intelligence community
  • AST&L (American Society of Transportation and Logistics) PLS (Professional Designation in Logistics and Supply Chain Management)
