Responsibilities

Global Finance Intelligence Specialist / Project Manager

 

Noblis is hiring a Global Finance Intelligence Specialist / Project Manager with experience in the Intelligence sector with economic trends and interconnected economies that has a Top Secret SCI clearance to work in Chantilly and western Fairfax, Virginia.

 

Global Finance Intelligence Specialist / Project Manager (PM) will assist in definition and development of project requirements and in planning, scoping and management of individual projects and sub-projects in support of the overall program. Individual must understand the contracting process, contracting and other procurement document preparation, monitoring of ongoing projects, meeting with key stakeholders and project status presentation and reporting.

Qualifications

REQUIRED Qualifications:

  • Must have and maintain an Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Masters or above preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of recent and relevant experience 
  • Specialized experience in DoD requirements definition, program cost, schedule performance management, multiple inter-agency coordination, etc.
  • Fundamental understanding of globalization, increasing global interconnectedness and other current economic trends and their potential impact on traditional economies.
  • Fundamental understanding of US Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and issues.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary environments
  • Specialized experience in increasingly responsible roles in analytical positions

Additional Qualifications:

  • Background in global economics a major plus
  • Strong inter-personal skills and an ability to interact with all levels of customer and mission partners
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to work effectively with DoD senior leadership ranks
