Noblis is hiring professionals for IT Applications and Services Analyst with Top Secret SCI clearances in Chantilly, Virginia.
Provide Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) to the PM/COTR:
Assess and analyze applications and services throughout their lifecycle to include design, test, operations and improvement
Provide service-related input, review and disposition of service change requests, and resolve service-related issues
Identify internal processes necessary to provide and support the service
Develop general description, features, limitations, how to request the service, how to get help/support
Develop documentation for enterprise service catalog, SLA/OLSs and helpdesk support
Monitors the health of the service and makes recommendations and decisions for changes and improvements
Evaluate and determine response to non-standard service requests
Review IT Service performance, metrics, operational issues
Identify IT Service needs and opportunities based on service performance, metrics, operational issues or emerging unmet needs
Coordinate service retirement activities
Develops written plans, policies, and procedures to document processes to support application and service management lifecycle
Builds and maintains relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments
Participate in IPT meetings and review process boards
Track and respond to office tasking, build and present program briefings and update project schedules and calendars
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned
Experience managing services and applications in federal government environments
Experience with databases
