Noblis is searching for a System Engineer with RF, DSP or satellite communications experience and a Top Secret SCI clearance in Chantilly.
We require a Systems Engineering SETA with a focus in end to end system design, radio development, contract execution and system testing. This will include requirement collection and definition for a diverse customer set, evaluation of technical proposals, navigation of procurement processes, shepherding new contracts, and execution of industry surveys, management of multiple vendor efforts and document preparation and review. This person will also assist in the coordination of deployment and system activation activities, including integration and testing support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Position requires strong system engineering perspective and leadership skills to support a government team in technical coordination, risk assessment, progress tracking, and implementation trades. You will support oversight of development contractor activities, including planning of verification and test activities, and test witnessing. This role requires outstanding oral and written communication skills, proven leadership ability, and a strong desire to work in a dynamic team environment. Must be highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint and Project to support program activities. Position requires nominally 10% domestic travel.
