    Configuration management is a critical discipline supporting our customer in its mission and its strategic priorities to deliver benefits through technology and infrastructure; empower and innovate with its people; and make their domain safer and smarter.


    The scope of the initial phase of the program is to replace a legacy change management application with a new commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) tool. The effort will also include the automation of some of the currently manual and disjointed workflows. The scope for phase 2 is much broader in that it addresses the need for a fully integrated and stream-lined process. Phase 2 will focus on issues that result from the current process being disjointed and not auditable.


    The Certified Change Practitioner will work with the Noblis organizational change management team to provide change management expertise and guidance to the program to ensure program success through the engagement of and adoption by CMA stakeholders. Responsibilities may include

    • Applying Prosci, ADKAR and other methodologies to determine the strategy and tactics for change management to support the program
    • Working closely with the FAA Change Leader and facilitating the CMA Core Change Team meetings / working sessions
    • Working closely with the FAA program office to ensure coordination
    • Creating briefings, conducting assessments, providing change management education, drafting communications, collaborating with the FAA's Office of Communications, providing status updates and other change management related tasks


    Required Qualifications:

    • BA degree in a related field or higher
    • Five plus years experience in planning and implementing organizational change management
    • Five plus years managing projects
    • Demonstrated success in organizational change management and project management
    • Exceptional, demonstrable communication skills - written and oral - at all levels
    • Exceptional, demonstrable interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional, demonstrable business acumen
    • Demonstrable flexibility

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
    • Project Management Professional certification
