    Responsibilities

    NASA Ames has an ongoing requirement for scientific research, application development, and deployment of advanced information systems technology.  This is a critical requirement to the NASA mission and other federal government projects.  Join the Noblis team and help NASA research, design and develop next generation technologies that will shape the future of air and space flight missions and operations. 

     

    Noblis is looking for qualified candidates to fill a Systems Analyst position supporting a team of engineers and operations personnel in the areas of research, development, and deployment of tools and spacecraft and aircraft systems in support of NASA’s space, flight, test, and ground missions. The primary place of performance is Mountain View, CA but will support operational needs at neighboring facilities when required. 

     

    Key roles:

    • Installation, maintenance, and upgrade of computer software and hardware
    • Maintains controls, user access, and passwords
    • Proposes and implements system enhancements to improve reliability and performance
    • Monitors system usage and performance

     

     

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • BS Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent degree with minimum 3 yrs. Experience; or 5+ yrs. work experience in equivalent work/field.
    • History working within R&D environments
    • Knowledge and proficiency with assisting in architecting, developing, integration and testing IT systems and architectures
    • “Hands on” IT system operation and integration
