    United States (U.S.) Army Cyber Command’s (ARCYBER) mission is to direct and conduct integrated Electronic Warfare (EW), Information Operations (IO), and Cyberspace Operations, as authorized or directed, to ensure freedom of action in and through cyberspace and the information environment, and to deny the same to adversaries. Established in October 2010, ARCYBER is the Army Service Component Command (ASCC) to the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), responsible for conducting cyberspace operations (i.e., Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO), Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), and Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) operations), as directed and authorized, on behalf of Commander, USCYBERCOM. ARCYBER organizes, trains, educates, mans, equips, funds, administers, deploys, and sustains ARCYBER forces to conduct cyberspace operations.


    The HUMINT and CI Analyst - III:


    • Initiates stakeholder support and performs expansive Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Counter-intelligence (CI) duties supporting the cyberspace domain.
    • Collects, documents, and recommends prioritization of client intelligence requirements related to CI/HUMINT operations.
    • Develops and implements multi-platform, national level traffic analysis program for Human Intelligence.
    • Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country or geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Prepares assessments of current events based on intelligence collection, research and analysis.
    • Blends single-source intelligence reports with all-source data to provide a comprehensive picture.
    • Responsible for researching, developing, presenting and publishing HUMINT products at the tactical and operational level related to threats.
    • Provides input to requirements and objectives, assists with the analysis and production of various intelligence products specifically focused on the mission set, and supplies analytical support for senior Military leaders. 
    • Supports the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for stakeholders
    • Maintains updated documentation depicting sources of data and provides feedback to orginators and the HUMINT collections enterprise.
    • Briefs senior military and Government officials and collaborates with intelligence agency liaisons to analyze intelligence plans and requirements, identify gaps, and develop mitigation plans to fill intelligence shortfalls.
    • Enhances stakeholder relationships and initiates the coordination of actions
    • Mentors  Mid-level and Junior staff.


    Required Qualifications:

    • MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI with Polygraph
    • Formal DoD or IC training or qualifications in HUMINT and/or CI.
    • Minimum ten years of experience in HUMINT/CI.
    • Minimum of a High School diploma with 16+ years of experience in DoD or the IC or a BA/BS degree with 10+ years of experience in DoD or the IC, or an MA/MS degree with 8+ years of experience.
    • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Prior experience with cyberspace operations and/or intelligence support to cyberspace operations.
    • Prior experience at a service component headquarters, Joint Task Force, sub-unified command or combatant command staff
    • Prior experience with joint, multi-service operations, and/or multiple warfighting domains
    • Desired Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT Level II (CCNA Security, COMPTIA CySA+, COMPTIA Security + CE, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)

    Client Engagement

    · Support and lead evolving business development efforts by applying technical and functional expertise to develop business solutions.
    · Lead proposal sections for small or limited competition proposals and actively participate in teaming strategy discussions
